This. The hallowed Bike Track. Now officially recognized by Google maps. Rice students have known about the porcelain-smooth tarmac oval given to us by the cycling gods for decades now. As first reviewer, I claim this track for McMurtry College, and by all that is good and holy (ie beer) it shall remain ours. MURRRRTTTTT
For anyone looking for an honest review of the place, it's the only good stretch of tarmac in this part of Houston, and certainly one of the few places without traffic to fight. Anyone looking for a good place to train with a mind sharp enough to stave off the utter monotony of the 1/3 mile laps should find it well. Climbers need not apply. 10/10 will ride regularly.
