For the most part the food is good. The consistency of the food sometimes varies. The lines can be long but what really gets me is how slow servers and food takes. Cleanliness could also be improved. Communication with customers can be better. This pluckers can be a hit or miss.

Great food! Often very crowded and slow service leads to long wait times for a table. Food it worth the wait but they could improve their wait time. Great sports viewing for Houston teams!

Great customer service! Extremely busy during happy hour on Friday night but they still managed smiles on their faces. Helpful people make the wait doesn't seem so long. The portion is huge and wings are incredible.

This is my favorite wing place in Houston. The wings and sauces are great. If you like your wings saucy ask for extra-wet. The wings are big, juicy and well cooked. The sides are just OK. I usually go for the tater tots as the waffle fries are pretty mediocre. The place is loud and there are many TVs so you can watch your favorite sport and the staff/management are very accommodating if you need a TV changed to your choice. There is always a wait, so make sure to use the No Wait App on your phone to get your place in line while you drive there. Parking is also a problem and we often have to valet, which I do not like.

Easily my favorite wings in Houston but also has some of the longest waits. Large variety of flavors to suit any wing expert's palate. Great variety of fried sides as well; we love the fried Mac and cheese. If the waits to get in and get your food were shorter, this place would be perfect.
