Dirty! We found a bloody band-aid in our bed sheets! The carpet looked like it hasn't been vacuumed in weeks. Not sure if all the floors were like that, or just the 12th. DON'T TOUCH THE MINI FRIDGE, because the sensors are super sensitive. We didn't open or consume anything, but still woke up to a $92 food service charge. Also, valet is the only way to park here, but it isn't complimentary, so expect an additional $30 charge for that when you check out. TL;DR: Magnolia hotel is dirty in more ways than one. Best to avoid it.

I've really enjoyed staying here. The beds are comfortable, pillows are great AND feather free, great for my allergies. The front desk has been very friendly. I'm staying with a group and they were great to work with for group rates and setting up evening events.

Construction is not a problem glad to see the upgrades. The staff is awesome, smiling, and accommodating. The room was awesome. I had a flood in the my room, (I know SPG will attempt to make it right) and it was fixed and cleaned in an acceptable amount of time. My outfit unfortunately fell on the floor, glad I always bring extra clothing. Staying over another night , will update all after checkout.

Pretty good value for the location. A block away from Main St. Decent sized square footage in the rooms. The room we stayed in had a coffee table, desk couch and mini kitchen with fridge. The pool is small but has pretty decent views and the fitness facility is above average compared to other hotels. Usual cardio equipment as well as a bench and free weights that go to 50 lbs. Negatives, the bed felt a little old as the mattress made a mini U shaped from the constant usage of someone sleeping in the middle of the bed. Above average hotel that is dog friendly.
