Dirty restrooms, staff that communicates poorly, most everything else is mediocre. We were told that they couldn't split our part of over 30 into separate checks, so they would have to swipe everyone's card, rather than them giving itemized tickets. Our orders (5 of us) were not taken until the rest of the table (in the same party!) had already received their food. We were generally ignored, had to go to the bar for drinks rather than being able to order them. It honestly felt a bit as though we were being marginalized on a racial basis.
The menu is limited. Drinks are alright, although a little sweet. Prices are pretty typical for the area.
It's not worth bothering with downtown Houston when there are better restaurants that are less stressful to get to outside of the loop.

Went last night (6/23). Huge disappointment. We sat outside on the upstairs patio. It took several minutes for a waiter to come by. Once he did, he took our drink orders. The drinks came out fairly quickly, however the waiter disappeared. We were wanting to place a food order and nearly walked out because of the poor service. Finally the waiter came and took our food order. My quesadillas were tasty, very flavorful, but pretty greasy.
Upon leaving, we saw the waiter on the ground floor, and then again on the side of the building lighting up a cigarette. I believe I figured out where he kept disappearing to.

We went here as a huge group of 20 or so and were really impressed with the service. We had a show to catch, so we were in a rush, but the assistant manager took care of our table and got the food and bills out quickly. Food wise, their tacos were great, and the portions were huge! Three tacos was actually a bit much but tasty. Highly recommend the peanut butter and jelly tequila shots. It comes as two shots, and it's surprisingly really really good.

The food was good, but the service could be improved. This was our first time here. We go in and the waitstaff tell us that it is open seating, we can sit wherever we want. So we sit down and the waitress comes over and asks us if we'd rather sit at the bar.
I wouldn't mind moving being just two of us if the place was full and they needed the table for a bigger group. However, we were the only two people on the entire level of the restaurant, we were each carrying bags and other items, which we didn't want to have to sit on top of the bar.
We got our food quickly and the kitchen staff bring it out to us. The waitress didn't even have to serve our food. All she had to do was refill our drinks twice, and I guess this was a lot to ask of her.
