Is best to make a reservation because they are busy! It is a very nice place, We jad a very good experience here, my wife loved it, is good for especial occasions and dates too.

Buddy introduced me to Via Roma. Great food and atmosphere. Friendly staff and chef/owner great guy. Highly recommend it if in area

Incredibly slow waiter and he only had 3 tables. The rudest waiter I've ever encountered, he became hostile after I asked another waiter for Alfredo sauce due to not seeing our waiter for at least 10 minutes. I've never had vodka sauce that tasted like straight pepper. I told him pleasantly that I did not like it and asked him to take my plate and in an angry rude voice he stated "well im sorry you picked something that..." And he stopped what he was saying, needless to say I spoke to the manager and while speaking to him quietly, our waiter walked up and interrupted me and tried to argue that he did not say that. And a small detail but I've never been to a restaurant that serves $3 soda filled all the way with ice but no free refill! Yet, pasta alone is $20

Where do I start...atmosphere is very awkward, the lighting is too dim, music plays off and on. The service is awful, our waiter came by a total of 4-5 times within a hour and half time frame, I was constantly waiting for water etc, the waiter also had no personality. You expect that from a 1 star restaurant but not a 4-5 star restaurant. The food was just okay until I was given my salmon. The salmon was raw throughout the center, and the menu said it would come on top " a pillow of potatoes", literally just came with a side of the smallest potato you have ever seen quartered into little pieces. I had to wait 10 minutes until the server came back by to ask for the salmon to be taken back. Instead of freshly starting over they tried putting a band-aid on the one I had and ended up over cooking it (It is $30! What!). My wife's tuna was bland, at least it was cooked properly. It is a shame I spent $100 for such quality. I would look elsewhere for a high quality meal.
