Food was ready fast and they had table service. I was very pleased because they were so busy yet everything was clean and in order.

Really stupid. So I'm waiting at the counter with my 5 year old son, when a crazy lady starts verbally picking a fight with the cashier. She responds by looking back at other employees saying "I'm fixin to loose my job up in here...". I grabbed my son & said let's back up out of the way, troubles starting. They ended up outside in a slap-fight with half of the employees... long story short, zero training on how to be professional in handling an unruly guest... Zero Training, including management that was present. I will not bring my child inside of that location ever again.

We had standard Egg McMuffin meals. The hash browns were piping hot but super greasy with a not so fresh oil flavor. There was also drink confusion.
We both ordered coffee but were given large 32 oz foam soft drink cups (with table service). I asked the manager why I didn't get coffee she said it was still brewing then asked if I still wanted coffee or just wanted soda or iced tea? She assured me there was no difference in price and refills were unlimited. The bonus was that when we were done with breakfast and coffee, we filled the drink cups with soft drinks and hit the road.

It was good it took longer than I thought it should have, but the girl at the window was very attentive. Most places I don't see anyone at the window until they are handing me my food. She had great customer service skills and was apologetic so I was still happy even though it took almost 20 minutes to get my food...
