Went to this place was told I would see a Dr , saw a nurse , was told I had a cyst and was to come back in a week to get it removed , after a week I was told to take antibiotics for a month and come back again because it was ruptured and they could not remove it , never saw a dermatologist, went to clinic in Texarkana got it removed in one visit by a true Dr , never go back to the Hot Springs rip off place

Went in with a persistent rash on legs and arms. They took scrapings and a biopsy, told me it wasn't a fungus and they did not know what it was. Gave me the usual already-known handout about not using perfumed soaps and other possible allergens (No help after following.) Offered the standard cream for bacteria which I told them burns my skin and is ineffective anyway; did give a steroid shot which helped for a while--but condition, which was never diagnosed, returned soon with a vengeance. No offer to monitor or other suggestions. Felt abandoned and discouraged.

This is Brian Tribble. I was a patient of Dr. Stough for over 7 months while he work on a psoriasis condition. Its worst than when he started and all he wanted to was these "experiments" on my conditions using compounds. Knowing there are proven solutions for this condition I was told it was $7,000 but he let me in his clinical trail which I know the Drs get paid for. What a sham.

The Dr. I saw was good but I will not go back. Had over an hour wait, no explanation from staff, no apology from staff. Lot of patients with the same wait, some longer. Should not schedule multiple patients for the same time and expect people have nothing else to do but sit for hours in their waiting room. A polite apology and acknowledgement would have been nice.
