Had dinner at Hy’s restaurant last night and it was very good. The ‘steak oscar’ melts in your mouth and was cooked perfectly! The service and atmosphere are top notch

Sadly it was just okay. The drinks were amazing, the service was fast, and the ambiance was amazing, but the food was not work the price. We had the the garlic steak, catch of the day, cream corn, salad, grilled asparagus, lobster bisque, and the cheese bread. The lobster bisque was the best item of the evening. The steak was well cooked, but had no flavor. It was supposed to be garlic steak, but there was no garlic flavor in sight. The crusting on the fish was good but that's it. The green beans treated precooked and waxy. Maybe we chose the wrong items or the wrong night, but it was not worth the $200 price tag. We skipped dessert however, they had a great looking selection.

We enjoy the Hy's Steak House. But my steak was over cook a littler bit and my wife steak was under cook. But the steak was good and it melt in your mouth. I will return one date. Your service was great the guys was very good.

Amazing food! Amazing service! Wonderful atmosphere! We were celebrating, and decided to try it out (our usual go to is Chef Chai), and we were thrilled to have such attentive service from Theresa & her team. We left in awe of how special they made us feel. The food was delicious! My husband ordered the Garlic Filet Mignon, and I ordered the Beef Wellington. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Beautiful crispy crust on the Wellington. Great flavor profiles, with perfect amount of seasoning.
We will go back! Our bill was $160 tip included (we don't drink, but I did order a virgin cocktail, and we received a complimentary dessert), so pricing was very reasonable for the quality.
