We enjoy this place and frequent often. We always have great experiences at Bubba Gump. Its one of our favorite places on Island. We always make sure to bring any vistors to experience this place as its lively, friendly staff and great food. Also grateful they have take-out when we have no time for sit down. I recommend this place.

Staff is so friendly, when we went we didn't wait at all, we ordered the jumbo shrimp bucket and stuffed shrimp and both were delicious! Definitely would come again

Employees are really nice, food never disappoints, love the location in the mall yet, great view on the harbor, love this place, never get tired of it 🤙🏽

Such a fun place to eat. Delicious food combined with really great customer service. The cocktails are exceptional as well....

Furious and humiliated. I got cheated on the portions especially the wine when I got less than 1/4 glass for $7.00; entry was $23.00. I talked to the waitress about the portions and she said oh that the measurement the bartenders use. Why would you measure red wine. It is not hard liquor. It felt nasty; taken advantage off. I do not expect excellence but common just don't ripe me off when you sell me a glass and serve 1/4 glass red wine. I am done with that place. Stealing from the bar is low, but stealing from the customer, that is just really really low and for that you deserve this honest review.
