It's true to its 3 star rating. They've tried to update things here and there, but there are certain key things that they've neglected which would otherwise have increased my rating of them. There is one window that is not sealed. It wouldn't necessarily be a problem, except for the fact that the weather is always warm and humid. What makes things worse is that he AC unit is located right under that window and the entire setup is in the most isolated corner of the room. So what happens? Air coming from the AC unit escapes straight through the perpetually unsealed window and the entire room stays hot and humid i.e uncomfortable. Also, asking for a wake up call is useless as their system is always broken. Otherwise, not a bad place to put your feet up after a long day of sightseeing.

I have stayed in Waikiki many times and this hotel is by far the best I have encountered. Clean, brilliantly located, great staff, awesome amenities, excellent for a longer stays. As another reviewer said "feels like home". Will be my go to place for future visits for sure!

Due to this place previously being a condominium, we were originally placed in a more run down room not identifying to the rooms advertised on their website. However after speaking to the very kind employee at the front desk we were very quickly placed in a beautiful room just as desired. The location is just a short walk to the beach and right in the middle of anything and everything else. The views are great and the employees are very friendly. Definitely a great value for the price and will most likely stay here again when we visit again.

Spend a week in the hotel on family vacation in Hawaii. The hotel is very convenient located just two streets off the Waikiki beach (the most touristy beach in Honolulu). The hotel has its own parking lot (though managed by other company) and thus is very convenient if you are driving. The rooms are average, but spacious and offer good views and natural light. The rooftop swimming pool and spa were great for for the kids.
