If there could be 0 stars I would give them 0. My dogs were always welcome and regular guests here for well over a year. With no notice they refuse to board my dog during an emergency when I have to leave the island. The owner explained that she cannot provide a safe atmosphere for my animal overnight after giving him nothing but glowing report cards for every stay. This place is a disappointment.
