-10 STARS Negative rating, this place is a death sentence to any elderly person, substandard care, my mom was there, they lost her hearing aids and are dragging there feet at replacing them, time to call a Lawyer, they are the worst, if we didn't remove her we would of lost her , DON'T SEND YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS HELL HOLE!

2nd visit they moved her without her personal belongings. Her bed was soaked so I asked for a dry blanket, she promptly handed me one and left the room. Most patients stay wet untill the next shift change. My Ex worked at more than 6 facilities and I lived in a facility for over 1 year. I know what Im talking about. It;s 100% elder abuse.

I am very surprised that I am giving it this many stars, but most of the staff was helpful. My father-in-law was discharged and missing many items such as sweat pants, shirts, wipes and lotion. all in which had his name on them. This was minor compared to when we realized when we got him back to his home, that the IV was never removed. When they were called they wanted the nurse at his facility to do it, but they had left for the day. So they asked if the facility nurse could do it the next day. The facility said no and he wasn't suppose to be there with an IV. They then asked if we would drive back to them to have it removed, my father-in-law is confined to a wheel chair and it takes a lot to get him around. They agreed to send someone out to have it removed.
It is so IMPORTANT to have an advocate looking out for the elderly now a days. If you have a parent, PLEASE be prepared to do this for them. We all get older and will most likely need help.

I don't recommend this place. I had several issues with my dad's care in his 2 week stay. I had to advocate for him and ended up speaking with the Social Worker/Case Manager and the head nurse. Not to mention my dad got highly contagious SCABIES from this facility. Before we figured out he had it, he passed it to me, who passed it to 4 other family members. NOT happy!!!
