My mother had a 1030am appointment. It's now noon and we've been here since 1010am. This is ridiculous. Worst service ever. They crossed out her name and took someone else ahead of her and now we're stuck waiting as though she were a walk in.

Horrible experience there. Had an MRI done after a car accident in 2016. Overcrowded, poor service. They forget about me after I signed in. You need an appointment for an MRI. I knew I already had a torn meniscus on my left knee from a previous injury, taken at California Imaging & Diagnostics. It was bad enough where my doctor told me, it would NOT heal without surgery. That said San Jacinto imaging said my knee was perfectly normal.
The state of the MRI machine itself looked very banged up and old. That's fine, as long as it works. I believe both the machine and medical staff there are incompetent and would advise EVERYONE to stay away from there!!!

This place sucks, slow as heck I've been here since 4pm it is now 6:30 i got here they said there was 2 ppl a head of me now there is 3 but they've called back at least 6 ppl. Never coming back here everytime I come they are slow as heck. Staff doesn't even know what's going on everytime I ask how much longer they walk away then say there's so n so ppl a head of you. Doesn't diserve a star.

Very nice office staff. Wonderful tech who did mammogram. Gentle and caring. Took away a star for their appointment staff. They apparently don't know the clinic's schedule and just make appointments. My appointment was changed three times, they called and rescheduled, before I finally got in. Wait time was about 20 minutes.
Fyi, mammograms are not done on Saturdays or after 4 .
