I have taken my children here for years. Sometimes there is a wait, however it is because they spend quality time with each patient. We love Dr Keith. Initially we were given a PA, who didn't seem to understand our concerns, so we requested a different doctor, and were accommodated.

Worst pediatric partners Ever! This is the 3rd time I've scheduled a routine check up for my newborn, and every time I come, I wait to see a doctor for at LEAST an hour every time! I've been waiting to see a doctor, as I write this review, for an hour now(11:50am) and my appt was at 10:15am!! An hour and 35m I've been waiting with an infant! Never coming back again!

Do not go here. They don't listen to you. They have no care for your child. Exact words from P.A. Ben "he hasn't died yet." So it is ok to continue, no problem unless goes into shock. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. If you are using IEHP there are better doctors in Menifee which isn't that far. P.A. Ben isn't even a real doctor. Go else where for care for your child. Worst office in riverside county.

Front office staff were nice and helpful. Dr. Christine Sousa was nice and informative.
The problem we had was with the initial lady who weighed and measured our newborn baby prior to seeing the Dr. She wasn't flat out rude but she was so uninterested in us as if we were wasting her time. It made us feel very uncomfortable.
All it takes is one bad apple to ruin someone's entire experience. We will give them another chance as they are 2 blocks away.
I'll be sure to voice my discontent if we experience this again on top of changing pediatricians.

Been here 3 times for the same reason. Still no solution to what the problem is. The doctors here have no care for your child's well being. Watch the show Dr. House, at least in the show they eventually figure out the issue. Here just keep throwing medicine at the child and hopefully 1 day 1 of the drugs will help, that or kill the child. Recent diagnosis was scarlet fever, given medicine which caused more issues, went to hospital out of town, 3 days later which was over a week after the testing came back negative for scarlet fever, and wanted to end the call there. So still no answer to the cough, cold, fever, rash, nothing.
Do yourself a favor and either play Dr. Parent yourself, use Google, or go to a pharmacy instead. This place is a waste of space.
