My husband and I have been seeing doctor Rakesh Gupta for over 25 years. He is the best doctor anywhere around. Never forgets what tests we need and when we need them. You can tell that he loves being a doctor. If anyone wants a doctor that really cares about your wellbeing ,go to Doctor Rakesh Gupta.

The doctor is okay. Doesn't remember anything about you, doesn't take notes, so every month I have to tell them why I'm there over and over. Other than that ok Doctor. The reason for two stars is the STAFF AND RECEPTIONISTS!!! Terrible service. Rude. Do not care about patients! Today I called to make an appointment and got hung up on, I called back, made my appointment (she was short with me the whole time) and then when she was done confirming she just hung up on me again! I would go to another doctor but I can't because of insurance problems. Just wanted to warn others.

if I could put 0 stars- I would. the wooooorst service ever. tried getting a verification no one in records calls back, called appointments all day and no one ever responded. I had to physically go in to the office. I don't know how patients ever get through. ridiculous
