I had been taking my three little kids here for years, but last night my son fell off his scooter and needed emergency dental care, office said no dentist is here today go to Moreno valley office did and Dr. Deza refused to do anything about his teeth, mind you the er doc told me he needs emergency care or he will loose his permenent two front teeth. I was explaing my concerns and Dr. Deza walked out when I was talking and said to assistant explain why I can't fix his teeth, very very unprofessional and rude. I found a great kids dentist while I was out here already in Moreno valley Happy teeth children dentistry she was amazing she stabilized is teeth with a split and wire. If I could give zero stars I would I will never return to his office. I'm also calling the insurance and filing a complaint and the board of dentistry parents beware.

Went there less than a month ago with a bad infection they give me only one week of some low weak antibiotics and it didn't fully go away so I go in today to see if I can get more cuz my infection isn't gone and I will not work on my teeth while I have a infection and the dentist denied me antibiotics when there wasn't anyway I could get the extraction today cuz I had to get a partial first so he lets me leave with a infection and I'm diabetic, I've never heard of a dentist forcing u to get extractions while you have a infection I've always got rid of the infection then made a later appointment obvi they thought a weeks worth would take my infection away but obvi it didn't I'll never return here and I wouldn't recommend anyone else either if u have a infection even the receptionist knew he doesn't prescribe anything until after treatment it sounds like the dentist is greedy and only wants u to spend more money even before your infection is gone how can u sleep at night there's nobody open until Monday so my infection will just get worse thanks a lot you just lost a patient and about 2000 I was going to have to spend there I'll go elsewhere
