Terrible experience. They charged the wrong price. Told me they wouldn't fix it. They gave me 5 chicken fingers instead of six. Then I found out later that they charged a 30 cent fee for ordering a drink with no ice. I made them refund my entire order.

They keep getting orders wrong and forgetting sauces. Even sauces that I asked extra for. I come here a lot and it's getting worse and worse. I order burgers a lot from here and when I ask for no mustard or onions, they say, "oh none come on the burger." When I get home there are onions and mustard on my burger. Training has got to be stepped up.

Only asked for more Reese's in my medium concrete because they shorted me, and the manager brought out the biggest cup I have ever seen absolutely slammed full of Reese's and it was amazing. I had a horrible day that day and I will admit that I literally cried into my ice cream... But isn't that what ice cream is for? Love Sonic!!

I sit in my car for about 10 minutes after I made my order just for a bag of ice. They served the two cars that can after me and when I asked the car hop about the she was very nasty and said she was the only one working and would have to wait. I am a senior and have had a total knee replacement surgery and really able to walk well that's why I come and get that ice I pay for less if I go somewhere else. I always tip well but today I have them the correct change. I am a retired nurse and I was always told to make the patient happy regardless what they say. My grandchildren work as a hop I another town and he said he always get a lot of tips because he treat people the way he want to be treated.

The service can be very very slow at times. The food is not that good, it's more of a place just to stop when there is nothing else to eat. The only good things there are their drinks. They can be a little over priced, depending on what you order. But, it is a nice place to pull up to, get something to drink, and hang out with friends. The music is pretty much always good. It is a mostly family friendly place. Meaning there is no alcohol, but there is smoking- at least from what I've seen there is. So, basically, if you are looking for a quick spot to get something to drink before work or after work just stop there.
