Fried pickles were to die for... Will go back just for them. The onion rings were ok... the flavor just wasn't there. The burger was Good! The bread was nice and sweet which was something new.

Quick service time and not too overwhelming in regards to Sunday football. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The food was decent, but the fries were something to be desired for. Overall impression was good enough to return.

Really nice atmosphere inside which is great for families or business outings. Easily one of the best burgers i've had in my life. IF you finish your meal, I dare you to be unsatisfied or still hungry. Excellent food and experience overall.

Unfortunately, last night's visit was disappointing, particularly since we've thoroughly enjoyed Mugshots in the past. We occasionally stay in one of the Marriott hotels located just steps away from Mugshots, and usually walk over for a drink and takeout. When we arrived last night around 7:30, there wasn't a full house, yet we were told the wait was around 30 minutes. We had planned to order our food to-go and snack on hot wings while we waited, and the hostess told us the kitchen was backed up and the food was probably going to take at least 30 minutes. I am usually quite forgiving of customer service, particularly since I grew up around the restaurant business and worked in it for many years; however, to not plan for a Sunday Game Night in a "sports" bar and restaurant is pretty unforgivable. Had I thought the food would actually make it out in the 30 minutes (the hostess did not seem confident) we might have stayed. Instead, we ordered a pizza, which arrived before the estimated time the burgers we had planned to order would have. On a positive note, the hostess was very sweet, and the food is usually very good (I normally would rate a 4 or 5) last night was the exception.

I don't do restaurant reviews unless they are incredibly horrible (Ed's Burger Joint), or a super great experience, like Mugshots in Hattiesburg yesterday.
It was my first time. My wife and our friend were with me. The atmosphere was very nice, even after they got busy. The service was flawless. The waitress and the manager took care of our every need as if we were the only customers. I failed the Burger Challenge (only needed 2 more minutes), but the I received support from them even though I was trying to get that free meal and t-shirt.
