I'd look elsewhere for Pizza in Hattiesburg. I waited over an hour for 2 slices of pizza that never came. Service had already been slow that evening (a Saturday night), waiting excessive amounts of time (30mins) for a simple pitcher of beer. The waitress eventually abandoned my table and stop acknowledging us entirely. I asked another waitress to see a manager. When the "manager" arrived, he provided no assurance, service, or apology. Pizza still never came. Finally after another 10 mins of service isolation, with empty glasses, and an empty stomach I decided to leave, having to track down our waitress just so I could pay. This is was my first and last time going to Bianchi's. Plenty of other places with better service and organization to choose from. I wish I could give you a rating of the food, but I didn't even have an opportunity to try it. For a Prime location during prime hours, this place offered subprime service.

Good stuff and great people, awesome service! They have pretty good specialty items but the best thing is they serve it with exceptional quality service. That can't be whipped up in an oven!

The food was good!! Service was slow. We went around 12:15PM and left at 1:00!!

We decided to try this place even though the reviews were mixed. I have to say the service was great but the food was only average. Pizza wasnt bad although crust could have been thicker. Pasta with marinera sauce and meatballs was tasteless. For three drinks, two 12 inch two topping pizzas, and one pasta dish with meatballs price was $50. I think that is way too high for what you get.

I would like to begin by saying we love the owner Tom and have always enjoyed eating at his establishments. The food is always delicious, however, unfortunately today the poor service trumped the tasty food.
We visited Bianchi's on a rather busy Saturday. We sat down around 1:00pm and waited a solid 30 minutes before our waiter took our drink order. We gave him our appetizer, salad and food orders when he brought our drinks out (now 1:45pm) almost an hour later. Around 2:40pm a waiter brought out our tray of food and sat it on the bar (about 5 feet from our table). We let the tray sit up there for a while. In the meantime we watched 3 different waiters pass through the bar area without serving us. After about 5 minutes my husband got up and served our food to our table. We were given no plates and we were missing a salad. When we asked for plates...It was another unreasonable amount of time before plates were brought out. Our appetizers, salad and food came out all at once. At the end of our dining experience (after we asked for a check) another waiter came by to inform us that he was staying longer than his planned shift to "be sure we were taken care of". Too late!
During our extremely long wait we watched two other groups get up leave because their drink orders were never taken. There was a large table that left around 1:45 that had food left on it for well over 30 minutes. At one point a woman who was standing up waiting to be seated had complained about a mess in the women's bathroom, to which the waiter replied' "Oh...It was clean this morning."
After all that...Our waiter informed us that they comp'd one salad....Thanks a lot! Needless to say, we will not be returning to Bianchi's for quite a while.
