Employees are always friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable. The store manager is great and has always helped when there has been any issues. I shop here all of the time and can not think of one bad thing to say about the store itself or the staff!!! Recommend to everyone!!

I had purchased two purina pro plan bags at the New London, CT store which both bags ended up infested with bugs. I was highly disappointed with the product and the fact that I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to get a new bag. The second time I ended up returning the bag to the East Hartford, CT location where I was assisted by the general manager who went out of her way to meet all of my expectations and needs. Thank you again for your help, you guys were fantastic!

A good store, recommend it for purchasing food for pets, service can be slow though.

People you get what you pay for. Although cheap, directions are never followed. Ive brougt my dog here over 5 times and each time they always make up an excuse for the crappy haircut considering other groomers tell me how well behaved my dog is.
