I'm really picky. I ordered from 2 places to compare. Here and Cavros Pizzeria.
Pizza ordered from Procaccini's: Veggie Pizza #1. Eggplant, peppers, onions, mushrooms, black olives, fresh tomatoes, red sauce, with seasoned cheese mix and topped with lite mozzarella cheese. Pan crust.
Size: large 16"
Cost: $24.75 + tax
Wait time: 30 mins
Pizza ordered from Cavros: Veggie Supreme. Broccoli, onion, pepper, mushroom, tomato, black olives, eggplant, spinach, red sauce, and mozzarella. Pan crust.
Size: large 16"
Cost: $19.75 + tax
Wait time: 25 mins
The main differences between the 2 pizzas were the Price, and toppings. Cavros used all fresh toppings, except for a few (eggplant was battered and baked similar to eggplant parmesan, black olives always come in a can that I know of, spinach and broccoli were probably slightly steamed, but still had a bright green color). Also, less sauce than Procaccini's and seemingly less cheese. Both pizzas were loaded with toppings. And Cavros Pizza on sight just looked really good!
Taste: I liked both pizzas a lot! Both were really good! Procaccini's pizza definitely had a little more sauce than Cavros pizza, but the cheese tasted like the same amount. The toppings were a little different, definitely tasted the eggplant in the Cavros pizza, but not as much in the pizza from Procaccini's. Procaccini's pizza had a lot of peppers and olives and the peppers tasted precooked. Cavros crust is a little thicker than Procaccini's and kinda reminded me a little of pizza hut crust.
Overall, I'd say that they're both really good pizzas, but preference is what makes one better than the other. Also, Cavros is cheaper and uses fresh (not canned) ingredients.
My preference would be Cavros, fresh mushrooms is always a win for me!

Bad customer service sometimes , had to ask for a actual bag , when I was picking up an order to go . Also most places have peppers in the sauce for calamari or it comes on top because most people like there sauce with a kick and they don't give you any. if you ask for it they will charger you extra charge you 1.50 which isn't horrible but you don't get much cherry peppers on the calamari . So it makes you very disappointed that you payed for it . But there grinders are amazing.
I stoped ordering from here because it was very clear that they are not concerned with pleasing their customers. I don't know if it's because i am of ethnic race . But I was very disappointed with certain staff members
