got a chicken burrito bowl food came with chips and salsa, salsa tasted like pizza sauce, the chips were unsalted and tasted like they soaked in oil for a bit, the bowl tasted bland couldnt taste anything but the onions only good thing was that they were friendly and fast food prep needs work

Great place. The staff is always energetic and welcoming. The place is located in a food court, so there is enough place to sit, and other options around too.

I strongly disagree with the negative comments below for the following reasons:
1) The service is fantastic ALL of the time. They are very friendly and open to helping you out and accommodating to your wants; much more so than I would be if I had to deal with all of the hungry, impatient, and demanding people that go through that line.
2) Yes, it's busy during lunch, but every place is and the speed with which they deliver their service is superior given the number of people that go through.
3) It's inappropriate to give them a bad rating just because they are not open for dinner. They would be open if there was demand in downtown Hartford, but there isn't.
4) They cannot predict the amount of chips and salsa that every customer wants (some don't want that much). If you happen to get a bag with less then you can simply ask for more. They have HAPPILY given me more chips and salsa every time I've asked for more.
5) I believe the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail is among the top that I've ever experienced in the service industry. I go there often and would recommend them to anyone.
