So, the food was genuinly authentic and it brought back beautiful and naustalgic memories of my Mom’s cooking. Food was tasty, served hot and cooked perfectly. The server was so friendly she even hugged us on the way out. I had forgotten about this place- but it’s back on the radar for me. Prices were very reasonable and portions were outrageously large. Well Done, you’ll be seeing much more of us.

Fantastic Italian food - we held a club meeting here, (14 people) and they brought out platters of family-style homemade-tasting food that rivals what grandma used to make. Wonderful

Poor service - generous portions though. I was part of a graduation celebration and forgot to bring extra cash and so asked ahead of time for a separate check and the waitress said that the food would have to be served separately and she hoped no one else would ask for one also. I said that was not problem since we were the only other table for lunch and then she went and embarrassed me by stating that someone asked for a separate check but that would mean that the food would be bought out separately. The host of the party stated that he insisted to keep it all one check. I did not want to burden the host with our meals. As it was, all the meals were not bought out at the same time anyways. One person had to wait over five minutes and we all sat awkwardly waiting. Also the hosts had requested the lunch menu but since we were on the late side we were handed the dinner menu instead. I think the waitress could have been more accommodating and overall made this an entirely embarrassing situation for me. Too bad, the swordfish dish my daughter had looked great and I got the fra diabalo version which did not have the same topping (another misunderstanding and disappointment) and I probably would have returned sometime to try her dish. I left very mad at the experience on how the waitress handled the situation for a very slow and down time in the restaurant!
