Coe and his team are incredibly sincere in looking out for our best interests. Never once did they try to up-sell anything, and actually showed us where we were duplicating coverage. I’ve left his office multiple times with more coverage and paying less than when I went in.

Our family recently switched all of our personal insurance needs to State Farm Ins through Coe Bancroft's office. The rates are great and the customer service is exceptional. Before committing to them they spent a lot of time working with us to decipher FEMA's requirements for flood insurance on our house. Their work ended up saving us a lot of money since we were initially advised differently from our mortgage company - we are so very grateful. They also just went above and beyond helping with a life insurance issue. I wish all of the companies I delt with were so customer-centric. The people in the office are all truly a pleasure.
