So I'm at the dealership on a friday at 3:45 PM. The salesman wants me to get the car off the lot today. I called Amica and had the coverage added, insurance cards emailed to me and faxed to my dealer, and the binder faxed to the dealer in a matter of a few minutes. On the fly. What a great customer experience.

Ive had geico liberty and triple a auto insurance and This auto insurance amica is awsome and affordable never had a problem and if there is a concern you can either call or show up in person and have a talk with them in person and they will help you i rate them a 10* 🌟

We've had Amica for generations, and they've always gone the extra mile for us. We briefly strayed to GEICO a decade ago, and after hitting a deer on the Merrit Pkwy were immediately cancelled by GEICO and were able to get picked up by Amica at great rate that beat GEICO. Since then, we've switched so that auto, home, and life are all through Amica. We've had a few home issues (water damage due to ice dams a few years ago) and they were generous in the repair coverage. And, a few auto claims over the years too, again responding with quick, great response and coverage. We'll stay with Amica. Their customer service is excellent.

I had Amica for years for Auto and Home insurance when I needed them the most during a bad storm my neighbors tree fell on my house they sent out a adjuster who took pictures never investigated just wrote the claim.I said this is not my tree I was told perfectly healthy tree act of god.What really happend was one of his dead trees fell on his healthy tree causing it to fall clear case of neglect to maintain his property.I took pictures and sent them to Rhode Island corperate they didn't care they paid to fix my house then promptly canceled me which is a black mark on your record.I have been paying 3 times what I was paying for years this stays on your record for 5 years.Thank you Amica for not caring enough to protect your client just pay and drop very poor customer sympathy or values.I have been working for the State of CT for 25 years in this area and we get plenty of calls in line to my problem.Anybody can insure you at cheap rates it's how they protect you and go the extra mile to make sure you are cleared of blame when appropriate that they don't do.As long as you have no claims I guess they are ok but everybody else does the same thing.
