Dr. Jaquez is very nice and I've never felt rushed. The staff was kind and friendly.

I see Dr. Corey once a year for my mm card. He's always been very good! He asks how I am, physically and if it's helping. He spends quality time listening to me. The staff has always been nothing less than pleasant. They even bought the entire waiting room coffee once. See for yourself. Don't judge on bad reviews!

I was pleased with Dr. Jaquez, however it ends there. I had to fax a letter to the office twice because no one could locate it. The office is rather small & it's a mystery as to how it could go missing. I have the confirmations so I know they were received. The office person then asked if I could hand deliver it? I was under the misguided assumption that that was fax machines were for!! Then I called to check once more if the letter had been found before I drove well out of my way to hand deliver it. Their listed hours are 8-8, but when I called at 10:40 I reached a voice mail. This has delayed my treatment by more than a week because someone cannot keep track of incoming faxes. I'm upset about the cavalier attitude that prevails in this medical center & the poor treatment that is offered.

I'm not sure why this medical practice is getting such bad feedback. I was there about a week ago and they were Great! Very professional and compassionate. Doctor Corey is a great doctor and the PA was also good. She was very nice to me and made me feel comfortable. Ignore all those other reviews and see for yourself, trust me you won't regret it. They are caring and very informative when explaining things.
