Receptionist has horrible attitude.. First time calling as a new patient I can hear her whispering to someone else "I don't want to do this, do you wanna do this?" Should have hung up right then. For my pre-appointment lab work I informed her I live in Hartford yet she "mistakenly" sent me to a lab in Farmington. Also never informed me I was supposed to have fasted beforehand. Waste of my time. They don't want your business.
