As good as the nurse was, that is how bad the front office was. One person at the front desk is seriously depressed. O'Brien should send a "secret shopper" into the office the way stores and restaurants do, and report back to him. A good and serious doc does not want the first impression of him and the practice to be the one that is now given.

Frankly i am fed up with lack of attentivness the receptionists or nurses behind the window have. I have narcolepsy so i need my meds to stay awake. So why is it so hard to get it refilled. They wont even return phonecalls from my pharmasist who in turn calls me back asking me to call too hoping theyll get back to one of us. The other thing that is rediculous is the wait time to get in to see my dr. They tried to book an apointment to meet with him in one of his offices i dont live anywhere near.. i understand my dr. Travels all over the state but waiting a month to try to see him is just rediculous. I will be reporting them to the BBB in reguards to med refills. They just dont seem to care about the patients. The dr. Is the only reason i stay with prohealth he unlike his staff actually cares and understands the disorder and the urgency for the medication.
