I have been going to the Pounds Team since early August. My life has been immensely better ever since then. The science of healthier eating has been the key. The team has inspired me to make a change in my meal plan that is hard at first but as each week goes by its easier because its a plan you can live with for a lifetime. I have lost 57 lbs since being there. But even better has been that my diabetes is so in control that I have eliminated 1 insulin and am about to eliminate another. I have energy and ambition again. It all comes down to science and THE BEST CHEER SQUAD and teaching team anyone overweight could ask for in a lifetime.
