Consistently caring, competent staff. Go out of their way to find the answer to your ailments. Better than most PCPs I've seen, and by far the best urgent care clinic I've visited.

Another wonderful experience with Michael Zerbe PA at the West Hartford location. He is not only very very nice but truly knows his stuff. I highly recommend this facility.

I love this urgent care! Had another great experience here yesterday when I went to have a splinter removed from my toe. I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff. Then the nurse that took my vitals and gathered details pertaining to my reason for the visit was extremely kind, competent and motherly. Next, the PA that removed the splinter calmed and assured me by letting me know he has a great record with this sort of splinter extraction. I highly recommend this urgent care!

i had such a great experience at the West Hartford urgent care! everyone from the receptionist to the PA were so helpful during my visit and would return in an instant. highly recommended!

Let me just say this is the best urgent care I have been too. The guy at the front desk answered all my questions and helped my father step by step. They were very caring and took him almost immediately. I am in another state and they stayed on the phone with me to explain what is going on with my father.amazing! You do not see that kind of care anymore. Highly recommend
