For those of you who are not aware if you apparently since at least November 2016 if you see a Hartford Healthcare physician in their office not only will you be charged for the visit but also a CLINIC charge of at least $114.00 even though you are not part of any clinic or clinical trial. They claim there is signage in the lobbies of the waiting rooms of the physicians charging this ridiculous fee so before being seen read everything in the lobby!!!!!! They do not reverse the fee. Robbery!

Dr. Jaremko is friendly and provides precise treatment. They accept my coverage and a wide array of others. Their office and equipment is new, organized and clean. Robin, the nurse is friendly and puts me at ease when I get my blood drawn. I highly recommend Dr. Jaremko and this office to anyone west of Hartford.

I felt discriminated towards coming to the Hartford HealthCare of Heart and Vascular Institute with Cardiology Specialist on 45 Wells Street in Westerly, Rhode Island. It took about 7 months to get-in for a schedule examination, just to find out that it was cancelled today on Aug 10, 2017. Without proper notification of the cancellation of the appointment. And was told by the administrative staff they couldn't reschedule the appointment and they would call me to reschedule for a later date. Due to the fact that they are not aware of their own scheduling of patients appointment. I found that very very strange. At any moment I could suffer from a heart attack and they have the tools and materials to prevent any of this mishap from happening. This is medical neglect for the unnecessary delay and inconvenience.
**If this clinic can't fix the problems with the small stuff, How would they handle the big issues that might arise.
This is a poorly ran administrative clinic that needs a lot of help with patient care and service. Very unprofessional and out dated medical devices.

Went for blood work at Quest, waited 1 hr 10 min. I asked why they were so busy and was told that when the other office in town was closed they combined the two and it was like that all the time now. Jim

Horrible customer service. Called billing to set up payment plan on a 325.00 bill. Person I spoke with asked what I could afford I told her I could pay 100.00 initial then 50 per month, she said that was acceptable. 3 months later with 91 dollars left on my account they sent it to collections????? When I called billing their response was "oh 50.00 per month is not enough and no one here agreed to a payment plan....IDIOTS
