We saw one doctor (which was good) and the second time we had the apointment cancelled and nobody had called us to notify and reschedule (it was another doctor we guess). So we arrived with our baby and found out our appointment had been cancelled. We are here with the baby and are told to wait and we been here half hour already.

They are the WORSE I WAITED 2 yrs for an appointment and once I got there they say my appointment was 8:20 when I spoke to the representative she told me 9:20 am and the receptionist kept arguing with me that no her appointment was 8:20 instead of trying to figure out what can she do she just got me super frustrated I will never bring my kids here again.... mind you I wrote it down at 9:20 the lady was like oh well they won't see your daughter today I'm so upset now I have to wait what another 2 yrs for her physical after ten minutes waiting Marymar the receptionist called me back in and told me that after all my kids will be seen but they have to as my FAVOR TO PUT THEM BACK IN THE SCHEDULE BUT FOR 10:40 so she ask her manager to speak to me and as I was telling the manager named Tracy which she cut me off like 5 times before finish telling her my experience she calmly told me that she was going to look into the call to figure out what happen. Worse experience ever

Its a off campus that people can go to if there closer than actual main hospital offer same services for your kids

I love my kids doctor she always took good care of my kids I have no complaints of her

I brought my daughter in for an appointment and the wait time was about 5 mins. before i was seen. The service there was great, although they have to work out some kinks in the system for sending prescriptions to the pharmacy. I call them back when i went down to the pharmacy and the prescription was not there. The person that assisted me was very thorough in making sure that the prescription was filled within the hour. I think that once they get the kinks out of the system they will be excellent.
Thanks again to the staff over there for their great customer service.
