Place went downhill seriously.. If you are from the hood and are okay with employees swearing and screaming, than this place is for you.. Made the mistake of bringing my kids in for doughnuts.. Wrong answer. Just unprofessional, unsupervised, horrible.. Still around due to lack of options.

I love Dunkin, but this location is always out of everything. One week it's croissants, then another no cold brew, then another the macchiato machine is down. First world problems, I know, but always disappointing at this location

Coffee is usually prepared just as ordered, cream with extra sugar, as some or many other dunkins seem to forget the extra of anything. Its like it is coming out ofnthe preparers pocket at other locations. Donuts are always fresh and are pretty big when compared to other dunkins.

My breakfast sandwich was not cooked all the way through, the muffin was not toasted it was cold, I ordered a hot coffee! I should have gotten a cold one since it was cold anyway. And to top it off while waiting for my cold food 2 associates were extremely amused for some reason talking about the customer that just left!! Great customer service skills....smh I was extremely frustrated with this location and will never return there again!!

In my life I have visited close to a hundred DD locations. From a service standpoint, this is consistently THE WORST! It is the closest location to my home, so I have attempted it several times, but I am giving up as of today. Let me explain a typical visit:
Waited 6 minutes at the counter for service. Was told to wait one moment. There were two other customers in the store and six employees working that I counted. Finally gave up and moved to the drive-thru. Ordered an iced coffee and hot coffee, both with extra cream and extra sugar. Both coffees were delivered wrong. One has no sugar and the other had so much sugar it couldnt be consumed. Also ordered one donut. When I got to the window, the cashier needed to ask what kind of donut I ordered. I had the bad sense to not check it (she asked right before putting it in a bag). After a pulled away I found it was STILL WRONG!
I would love to say that this was a one-time incident, but my orders have been wrong over 50% of the time. The staff doesn't seem to have any type of system at all, and management, if there is any, doesn't seem to be improving anything. Go to another Dunkin if you have any other option.
