I've been a patient for many years and I have had good service throughout the years. In the more recent years, I've been a patient of Dr. Zimmerman. Her patient care is superb!!! I recommend Premier Eye Care Group 100%.

I've been going here for four years. I highly recommend this practice. They are efficient, courteous, and thorough. I've always gotten in and out in a timely manner. I've found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The place is clean and sanitary.

Staff is courteous. Check in was quick. Wait was minimal for the exam. Order glasses and got them within a day or two. Highly recommend.

Staff who answers the phone is very short and kinda rude. They treat people as if "You should already know" how things work. Unfortunately, my daughter has to go back. I don't want to start the process over with getting her Cornea Abrasion taken care of.

I called to asked if they accepted a specific insurance. When the call was answered, I was immediately placed on hold for 6 plus minutes. I had to hang up and call back for a 2 second answer. I'm happy they're not the only choice in the Harrisburg area. I encourage them to work on phone etiquette to delivery overall quality service. Perhaps they should consider staffing up.
