I called to make an appointment as a new patient. A receptionist named Deanna was extremely rude to me because I was not a patient. Informed me they are not accepting new patients and would not assist me in when they would. I wanted to see a specific doctor at this practice because of what I had been told about how he helped someone else. I am extremely upset by the way I was turned away with no solution. I sincerely hope they remove this tyrant from their office and replace her with someone who has compassion for patients.
