First we waited literally 20 minutes for TWO drinks that shouldn't have taken that long for at all! And two they made our both drinks not correctly my drink isn't what I asked for! I asked for a peppermint mocha but where's the mocha or peppermint? My friends drink was suppose to me a carnal macchiato doesn't tast like one at all and just taste like plane coffee... So disappointed!!

It took over 20 minutes for me to get my food. When I asked them about my order I received attitude from the employee. My orange juice was the first thing they got and sat on the counter the entire time, and the employee was sassy when I asked for fresh orange juice.
Other than that everything was clean and the original cashier was very friendly.

The service was slow. Workers stood around talking instead of doing their jobs causing the wait to be even longer. The fries were stale and tasted as though they'd been reheated.

It is a new restaurant, but when we went, the tables were dirty, as well as the floor. It took them 10' to prepare 1 happy meal and two sandwiches.

Felt like they were really rushing and falling apart due to a small line that was there. They got part of an order wrong, but just figured it wasn't worth it to bring it up - not worth the ordeal.
