Affordable, quick, great tasting BBQ meats with a variety of sauces to choose from. As authentic as it gets in Green Bay. Can get meat by itself or on sandwiches. Small dining area is nice and not usually packed. They do great takeout and have a super easy menu with a handful of meat options. The sides aren't amazing but they have the Staples. Parking can be tricky if there are more than a few cars.

We showed up after they closed and the manager still took care of us and took the time to sit down and talk to us. The pork was fantastic and reasonably priced. The sauces were great. We will definitely be back!

I'm rating on the fact that I am from the south and have had ridiculously great, slap your mama, BBQ. With that said, for Wisconsin, this is 4 to 4.5 stars. I don't really eat pork so I can't really rate the pig meet but for the brisket the brisket tasted great. Though it could have used a little bit more season on the inside portion. I would have taken the juice from the barbecue and poured it on so that way the season could be everywhere. It would have been great if the barbecue sauce types would've been listed on their bottles. But besides that, there was a nice dude there to help us with our meals. Only three sides (beans, slaw, and potato salad). Worth a stop for sure!!!
