Got to the drive through and was told to hold on 1 minute... ten minutes later she still hadn't said anything to us.

Good place to get ice cream, but best for drive-through or take-out, as there is very little room to dine-in.

First they forgot to give me back my credit card back and I had to ask for it back from the machine. Then they ask if we can pick a different desine since they couldn't find a tip to make the flowers. Then just to make poka dots it took them 10 minutes. We asked for purple frosting and they put it with red. Horrible service. Horrible cake look. Definitely will be going to a different Dairy Queen next time.

Don't ever go here, was at speaker, person said I'll be right with you. I waited 10 minutes or so and still nothing. Finally drove to window and they didn't even come to window, 1 hour before close. This is the worst or no service ever. Don't go!!
