Be aware!!! avoid this US bank at all cost. The ways of doing business is arkaik and a loan can take over 3 months to approve even with a perfect credit. I went there because my friend works there and she convince me to give them a shot; worst mistake ever. She is a sweetheart but the corporate office are inefficient and lacy as f%^&%%^%##. I am stuck with them for the next five year because otherwise the charge you a penalty if you payoff your loan to go somewhere else. I writing this because I went to get a home equity loan after refinancing my house with them to give my business to my friend a short while later that are making wait forever for a loan that could of been approve a lot quicker through quicken loans.
Dont make my same mistake.
