Dr. Jennifer Burns is very rude and doesn't want to answer any questions. She made me feel like I was bothering her. The Prevea Urology clinic on webster was amazing. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. I would recommend going to Prevea but chose one of the other doctors. If you need to be seen right away, then Dr. Burns would be a good choice. I called on Friday and had my pick of days and times for the following week. The other Doctors there will take a 3-4 weeks to get into (surprising).
