They don't even deserve this one star review! There should be a 0 star review because this place is absolutely horrible avoid it at all costs WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!! Also find it very humorous that you respond to every single negative review on here! If you guys showed that much care a concern when we were actually at your facility that would be step in the right direction. BEWARE they force you to get x-rays even after they told us on the phone to have to have the x-rays from my previous dentists sent over.. I did just as they said AND THEY STILL FORCED the x-rays didn't even ask if she was pregnant or care All they have is a small microscopic sign on the wall that says "tell us if you are pregnant" MAYBE YOU SHOULD ASK BEFORE YOU GO BLASTING PEOPLE WITH YOUR CANCER MACHINE JUST SO YOU GUYS CAN TURN A PROFIT FROM THE INSURANCE AT THE EXPENSE OF YOUR PATIENTS HEALTH. WAS TOLD IF I DIDN'T GET THE X-RAYS THEY WOULDN'T DO THE EXAM. YOU'RE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!! - Response: you will not be hearing from me there is nothing you can do to make this situation right. YOUR ENTIRE OPERATION IS TWISTED JOKE!!! YOU HAVE A 2 STAR REVIEW FOR A REASON! YOU GUYS MUST BE GOING BROKE PAYING PEOPLE TO RESPOND TO ALL OF YOUR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IT WOULD TAKE AN ENTIRE CALL CENTER TO KEEP UP!! NO WONDER YOU FORCE THE X-RAYS!!!

Worst ortho experience I've ever had.
Doctor used dull blades on her tool that caused the tool to bounce back and fourth hitting the fronts and damaging the front of my teeth. The doctor continued to cycle through 4 different circular blades from different drawers and every one was dull and damaged. Every time had the same result and was bouncing off and damaging the front of my teeth. It was extremely painful.
When the secondary bit was used it was also extremely dull and caused massive amounts of heat to be shot up into the roots of my teeth.
After the fourth time of them using these dull blades I insisted they stop. By this point I was completely covered in sweat from how much pain the bits were causing due to their careless approach.
The worst part about all of this is after telling them about this experience and trying to remedy it, all they cared about was getting their money. They didn't want to bend at all, rather said that I needed to pay out the rest of my contract and then to go somewhere else.
This was on their second attempt to make Invisalign work... As the first time they did not show the correct video and just ordered all the trays without asking, therefore I had to pay double for their services to instal/ remove.
This is the most unprofessional operation I've ever experienced and strongly discourage anyone who wants their ortho done right and professionally to go elsewhere.

Don't get me wrong the staff is friendly. My issues are the constant switching of staff (mainly pediatric dentists) that caused my 3 kids appointments switched constantly. There were times when they called and changed their appointments 2, 3, even 4 times and I ALWAYS was fine with it even though it was a different day. If you're going to change appointments, you should have things available close to or on the same day, not weeks or even months later. The last time they switched my sons appointment I called because the day and time they said it was, which I immediately wrote on the calendar as I was on the phone with the lady, was different than the day and time I was sent in the mail. I called and was told that the supervisor would call me back. I never received that call. When they called about one of my other kids reminder (a month later), I left a message to cancel that and all future appointments for all my kids. If you cared about your clients I would have gotten a call back on the matter. I was not abusive or mean on the phone so there is no excuse for this. Needless to say I took them elsewhere.
And to your response I would like to add that this has been going on for many years. This is nothing new with the constant rescheduling or the switching of staff. We were patients of yours for more than 15 years and there was at least 5 times through the years we received letters that the dentist or hygenist we were working with was no longer with the company. It's sad really.

My husband's insurance is care plus which only uses dental associates for the provider. A few months ago I went in with a swollen cheek due to an abcessed tooth (well two teeth need to go) and I'm losing bone. The amount after insurance was and is unaffordable to pull and add a bridge or partial. They wanted me to buy their supplemental insurance and even after purchasing that it was around 1200 min. And 12000 for permanent ones added. Now I'm in need of one of my wisdom teeth being pulled but when they quoted me earlier this year for even that it was extremely expensive and that's with insurance. The past couple weeks have been almost unbearable and I'm afraid it's going to cause something worse if it hasn't already. The pain is too much. My husband was discussing this at his work and from what he's heard a number of people have had the same kind of issues regarding pricing and being affordable after they pay for the insurance. Now a number of people are taking it to management and I hope to God something is done fast. It's a well known co. In Sturgeon Bay. ☝ Praying

I have had four years of misery coming to this business. Orthodontist and treatment changed completely three times, two years of braces turned into four, awful students hitting me in the face with tools to the point I had to speak up to management, I have scars on both sides of my mouth from my it being ripped open every time I came in and SO MUCH MORE. To top it all off today they have the nerve to tell me that I owe over $4,000 for past treatments that I was previously told were completely covered by my insurance! I even signed paperwork saying so! If this matter isn't resolved I'm going to be forced to take legal action because this is honestly unacceptable. Do not sign your soul away to these people, there are plenty of other dentists a lot more deserving of your business.
