I use Enterprise all over the country but most often in Green Bay when I am in town for business. I find the staff to be quite courteous and accommodating

We are very happy and pleased to have rented a car with Enterprise. Everything worked out as planned and we definitely would rent from them again.

I reserved a car using the mobile app/ website and it allowed me to reserve it for the time the place closed, so I couldn't even get in to rent another car which I needed for the next morning. So, I called a different location and the manager there was apologetic but didn't offer to help in any other way or even say he'd make a note about the computer glitch. I've rented from them once before with no problems, but the customer service this time was terrible and nonexistent.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Literally had the exact Seinfeld episode happen to me. Enterprise had my reservation but no car to give me. Also, I called the east side location and they said my reservation was for the west side location. I then called the west side location and they said my reservation was for the east side location. Both locations did not have a car for me and tried to make it my fault they did not have a car for me. Yet they still had my reservation. My experience was nothing short of a cluster f*#k. Do not waste your time, rent from Hertz, they are much more organized, friendly and more economically priced.
