Awesome service! Great Jeep! A bit pricey for a 5 day rental but nice to be allowed to take the car to Canada.

Manager at 10th Avenue South GF location was very helpful, despite my dissatisfaction at having to cab to and from GF Airport Enterprise location.
Car at airport pickup location had not been assessed for previous condition of upholstery and gravel pitting on front bumper.
Hyndai Accent was a good little car; a bit close to the ground, but excellent performance on mountain roads, and very economical with gas: a $10 refill.

Rented a car for one month at a quoted $176.00 a week. Well to my surprise at the end of the month I had to pay a $10 a day class change for their most basic vehicle, then a $117.00 fee for concession fee whatever that is. I was expecting to pay approximately $700 at the end of the month when I received a heft bill of $1200.00!! All for the most basic vehicle! I had to pay an additional fee of $500.00 in hidden charges. Great stuff enterprise. I will forever tell people what a rip-off this was and to never go to enterprise ever. I've gotten plenty of rental vehicles in the past. Never had a company charge me almost double the price in hidden fees.

Chris and his manager are the worst ever to deal with. Chris stated "I am sorry that you have to jump through the hoops to get your vehicle." I'm not a consumer who jumps through hoops to support your company. When I receive an email that states "$603.87 due at pick up." And then 7 paragraphs down in tiny print that covers they hold 20% plus the reservation. So merry Christmas enterprise to your incompetent ignorant staff who only yelled at me over the phone. Great customer service.

I dropped my car off Monday and left my email address to get a receipt emailed to me. It hadn't come by Wednesday, so I left them a message. They never called. Left a message Friday, they never called. Tried calling again, the voicemail didn't even pick up. I finally had to call corporate for a receipt. Absolutely horrible customer service. Getting the car was great, afterwards was abysmal.
