Love this restaurant one of my favorites!!! Never had a bad experience here, foods amazing, they're willing to please, great staff and great atmosphere

Getting better, added delivery dedicated staff and area. Still a mesh of lines due to its location but its better. Still a struggle to get to go plastic ware and napkins. Dont get their fries to go they wont be good. No holes in to go boxes. Food is very good and a good price. Inhouse service is perfect most the time. Ive only had a few negative experiences over many years but only due to bad employees.

Steaks were WAY overcooked. When we complained, we were offered a discount which turned out to be $2.55 off a $58.00 bill. The salads were old, which they disguised by making them way too cold. We were rushed from the get-go. They brought our appetizer immediately, followed by salads as fast as they could walk them over. We hadn't been there in several years...things have definitely gone downhill. The ribs, though, were excellent. Prices have increased a great deal since our last visit. There are many places where I can get a $20 steak that are superior in service and ambience.

This is a great place to bring the family, or a group. There is usually only a short wait. The food is worth the wait. There is a busy atmosphere here, but don't let that turn you away. The wait staff maintain a sense of camaraderie. I get full every time I eat here. If you want a little extra, ask for Isaac to be your server, he is prompt to keep your glass full and is very cordial. Manager Kyle was very empathetic to customer complaints; demonstrating an over customer service. Food, service and atmosphere, who could ask for anything more.

Me and my hubby were there last night. We enjoyed our meal. The waitress Melissa was such a great server. I had ordered some green beans and didn't know it had bacon in it which I am deathly allergic to. I mentioned to her I could not eat the green beans. She quickly removed it and offered me another choice. She was so attentive to our needs and even though it was busy it was like we were her only customers. So pleasant and nice. We will return again
