Never want to go back there ever again! Called for an appointment I was on hold for a long time. Then different day we had an appointment we arrived 15 minutes early then waited for almost an hour before we could see the dr!!

If it was possible I would give them a 0. The most unprofessional staff, horrible attitude problem, no ever greets you when you come in and the doctors do not care about you. I called 7 times for 2 weeks to try and get my prescription filled and each time the receptionist said "I will send your info to the doctor and have him follow up with you". FOR 3 WEEKS I had been waiting with no phone call, no email or the slightest care that I had a surgery and needed my prescription filled. I have never been so disrespected in my life. Save your self the hassle and head ache DO NOT go to this place.

Try calling to schedule an appoinmet waited an hour they never answer Call again the next day the same thing. How hard is it to make an appointment yes you can be busy but I know it doesn't take an hour. It's really sad that this is happening here people call cause they need to see the doctor cause there sick but I guess they don't care for there patients here

Totally unacceptable. I have been on hold with them for over 1 hour, in which case I have been hung up on TWICE. If my mom didn't run out of her medication and needed the doctor's authorization for more refills, I would not be bothering to call them, EVER AGAIN. The pharmacy had faxed them for more refills twice and still haven't received anything back. Ridiculous is an understatement for this place.

Everything said above and I might also add my last two visits were suppose to be my annual physical, but the appointment taker scheduled it as a regular visit. Still waiting for my annual physical. 😡
