Very rude staff! The front desk staff was horrendous! If you hate your job , quit and give it to people who will be happy working! Don't put your negative energy on patients and. Customers !
Only the immigration doctor down there was kind enough.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
The medical staff was rude and unprofessional. I came with a medical concern and left with nothing despite paying an $85 consultation fee. The clinic refused to issue a refund, so I filed a dispute with my bank. In addition, I submitted a complaint with BBB and the medical board.
There are much better and cheaper medical clinics in Fresno where you will be treated like a human being. Do your research.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
The medical staff was rude and unprofessional. I came with a medical concern and left with nothing despite paying an $85 consultation fee. The clinic refused to issue a refund, so I filed a dispute with my bank. In addition, I submitted a complaint with BBB and the medical board.
There are much better and cheaper medical clinics in Fresno where you will be treated like a human being. Do your research.

This place is horrible. I will definitely be filing a complaint because of the service I receive here. My mom went in today and she needed copies of her last physical because she just earned her Hospice license. Well they told my mom to sit down she would have to be seen just for the copies ?? She got there at 2 and wasnt seen until almost 5 .. anyways Long story short this Dr. Straight got defensive for no reason and would NOT give a copy of her physical. Why tell her she needs to be seen first then when seen refuse to give a copy of her license. We've had multiple encounters with this Dr. and every time she refuses to do her job. We will be filling a complaint within the next week and hopefully that will do something.. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN! These doctors need to loose there license.

I had an appointment at 12 noon it is 206 and I'm still sitting in the waiting room. I will be switching Dr very soon. Last time I was here I waited 3 hours. This time they also lost part of my lab results and had me redue them. My chart was never sent to the back. Horrible service. Fresno Shields Medical Center you need to hire staff that can schedule properly or get more Dr to help with the amount of patients you have.

I've read the reviews and my experience with the Dr was great. She will send you out for testing if need be. And do follow ups.
It's the front desk that is real bitchy. They don't do their job. They don't want to be there please find a new job. You can ask them to fax something it never makes it. You can ask them a question they'll drag you on. Until the office close. Omg worst experience ever with them
