One of the best Sephora I’ve went to! Right when you walk-in they greet you and ask if you need help finding a product. They are super friendly, and helps you with anything you need! The one in JCPennys is amazing as well! The Sephora in river park all the workers are really rude!

Everytime I come to this location, none of the employees ever help or ask if help is needed, they are always talking amongst themselves.

They're super friendly and helpful. I truly love coming here since all the employees are genuinely nice. No need to be wasting your patience with rude and snobby associates at Ulta when you can always expect to get great service here.

I really love the Sephora outside of Fashion Fair Mall. Here is the reason for my review: I have thinner lips, particularly a thinner upper lip. I've never had an issue or insecurity with my appearance. An older worker approached me trying to sell me a lip plumping gloss. Which is fine, but she noticeably looked at and pointed out my thinner upper lip and told me a story about a friend of hers with " a thin upper lip who used this gloss and over time it permanently made her lip bigger"...As if i needed a plumping gloss to "fix" my thin lips. I strongly disagree with her assumption that I want fuller lips.
Now, I am not one to get offended or upset about things like this. However, I am worried that she may be approaching younger girls or women who aren't as secure with their appearance and trying to sell them a product by positioning it as if they have something on their face that they need to "fix". That is what makes me upset about my last experience at Sephora. I hope some one in management nips this problem in the butt before it really hurts someone.
I give this place a 4 star because I really enjoy coming here. Usually, people working here are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The people here are very helpful and know exactly what I'm asking for when I don't know half the makeup products. It's busy here but there is people available to assist you.
