Went to purchase a wallet @Fashion Fair Fresno location. Waited in line to purchase a Michael Kors wallet. Stood in line for 20 min with only 1 person at the register. The quality of service there, has definitely changed.

Staff in this store is non-existent. Literally, no where to be found. Inventory cannot be checked between different sections in the same department, apparently different inventory systems. Macy's in other areas are not his bad...wish we had a Nordstroms!

Asked for help and was quickly assisted. The associate also recommend some heels after talking to me about what I was looking for.

Customer service is always great. Makeup counter always has what I need or will find it for me. Only had an issue when I tried to return an online order at the online pickup station downstairs last Thursday. They said they didn't take them there but luckily someone in jewelry let me know they can take it at any register. The associate in women's clothing was more than happy to help me out.

I have been shopping at Macy's since they opened in Fresno. They always have good merchandise and often very good deals. I like their 1 day Saturday sales
