Food is good but the drive thru times are way to high. If your going to use the drive thru get ready to wait in line for at least 30 minutes

Always slow. Spend an average of 35 minutes waiting in the drive through. And they frequently forget items. And they are very stingy with thier sauce

This is closest store to my house in Fort Smith, It is also the worst! Ive had to wait 45 mins through the drive thru, seen managers moving so slow I could have made the food faster, today a rubber glove was put in my bag and cant reach them on the phone. Ive contacted the district coach-hopefully someone higher up can fix this!!

I feel weird giving Taco Bell 5 stars but it really is deserved. I had a several person order that I placed online with lots of customized items. I got to the drive through and told them about the order placed. They read it back to me. I confirmed and waited in line. It took almost half an hour to get my food. (there were 4 cars ahead of me while I was at the order intercom) but everything was hot and every single item was correct. It didn't look thrown together. It was pretty good food. I wouldn't come here if I was in a rush but I'm really happy everything was correct.
