Wonderful food. Everything we ordered was outstanding. You can order heat level from one to six. Better be careful if you ordered higher than a two! Try the tempura vegetables.

Usually I pick-up from this place and o have no complaints about the food, it's amazing for a great price. Today I came and dined in and it was disappointing. The ladies sat in the corner eating and talking away, and by ladies I mean the wait staff. Another table tried 4 times to get their attention and a different table sent a boy to go ask for refills. I ate my spicy food and I ran out of tea and no one came around, or even looked my way soon could ask. I'm disappointed today. But not with the food!

Excellent, fresh and fast.
Stopped here on a road trip at 4p on a Saturday. Place is clean and people are very nice. Food came out quickly. Red curry with tofu has a variety of vegetables and not just bell peppers, and generous with the basil. The pad Thai uses thin noodles and not the usual wide but it's very tasty. Everything was fresh and hot. They don't low-ball the spice levels, so the heat matches the number you ask for--which is nice. This place goes in my "saved places" list for future road trips.

This place needs more stars. Very busy right at lunch. Food may not all come out at the same time when they are busy but "mama" cooks every dish to order with one cook helper. So it comes out hot and delicious. Big servings. The two of us often split a summer roll.app and split an entry and leave full.

I am in town for one night for work. After a brief search on Google Maps for a local can't-miss restaurant, I chose Pad Thai Cuisine. Boy, it did not disappoint. I first ordered the 6 piece chicken wings for appetizer. Perfectly crispy and well-seasoned on its own right, but it was also served with a sweet & sour like sauce for additional flavor. For entree I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai, as recommended by my server. It was up there with the best Pad Thai I've ever had. Bursting with authentic flavor. I chose a 4 on the 1 to 6 heat scale. Perfect mixture of spice and flavor without drowning the taste with spice. Heaping serving size and very moderately priced. Pleasant staff. I would certainly eat here should I ever swing by Fort Smith again.
